The hybrid mattress is a combination of a pocket coil base with a bio foam pillow top whereas the organic mattress is a combination of a pocket coil base but with 100% organic latex on top. It’s a 100% organic mattress. The organic is also a bit firmer than the hybrid. The hybrid is about a 6.5 out of 10 and the organic would be about a 7.5 out of 10.
