How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free. However, extra charges may apply to the Canadian Territories.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

No worries, if the courier feels it is safe, the package will be left by your door. If not, the driver will try again the following 2 days. If you are still not available after 3 attempts, the package may be dropped off at the couriers nearest locati

My package was damaged when it arrived. What do I do?

If your package looks like it is damaged right through to the product, you should take pictures of the damaged packaging and send them to us at info@hamuq.com as soon as possible so that we can look into solving this issue for you.

Can I schedule delivery for a certain time?

We cannot offer specific deliver times. We often use couriers such as FedEx for shipping, meaning the package will arrive in 2-7 business days. We can however try our best to time the release of your order so that it arrives at your place on the desi

Are the boxes heavy?

The boxes can be considered fairly heavy by some and depending on the size/type ordered. These are heavy duty luxury mattresses so you may need help to move the box around.

Do you offer in home setup?

We do not have an in-home setup service at this time.

What should I do with my old mattress once my Hamuq arrives

Depending on where you live, most places allow for free curbside disposal. If not, we can help look into the best way for you to dispose of your old mattress.

How do I unbox my Hamuq?

Simply cut the box open, remove the cardboard, take the plastic wrapping off and allow the mattress a few hours to expand back to normal.

When can I sleep on my new Hamuq?

You can sleep on your new Hamuq the same day although it may take 48 hours to fully return to its original form.

Are there any duty charges for USA orders?

No. Hamuq covers all duties for orders to the USA so that you don't need to worry about any unexpected charges.
