If you have decided you would like to return your Hamuq, just send us an email at [email protected] and we will gladly arrange your return.
Hamuq will arrange to have the mattress donated to a local charity, or in some cases may need to have the mattress recycled.
You will be refunded immediately after the pickup of your mattress. It may take 3-5 business days to see the transaction in your account depending on the speed of your bank.

No you do not. It takes a special machine to compress and roll the mattress. We would come and pick up the mattress from you as is.
We will arrange to have the mattress picked up by the local charity or in some cases a junk removal partner.
